The time it takes is the newest creation from Hagar Malin Hellkvist Sellén.
A full evening solo for and with Norwegian dancer Pernille Holden, who has participated in three previous productions from Hagar Malin before this. After twenty years of theme-based choreographic works, Hagar Malin Hellkvist Sellén now wants to start from the movement instead and see where that leads.
The time it takes is a performance that communicates through choreography instead of the written word.
Hagar Malin has created choreographic performances with feminist and queer perspectives, which have carried identities and have both challenged and embraced the audience. What she engages in now is sustainability, the endless possibilities of choreography and to move in unknown terrains.
